Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EV Pluggy application, website and related services (the “Service”), operated by Hyper IT, Fruškogorska 1, 21000 Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia (“EV Pluggy”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. The Service

EV Pluggy provides EV charging route planning, charger-availability information, charger reservation features, and related tools. Features may vary by market and may change over time.

4. Charging data — no guarantee

Charger availability, location and status information is provided on a best-effort basis from multiple data sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. EV Pluggy does not guarantee that any charger will be available, functional or reservable. You remain responsible for your own travel and charging decisions.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Certain features require a paid subscription (EV Pluggy Premium, €5.99/month). Prices, billing cycles and payment terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled before renewal. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting a subscription with immediate access you may consent to immediate provision and waive this right to the extent permitted by law.

6. Reservations

Where available, charger reservations are subject to the terms and availability of the relevant charging operator. A reservation does not guarantee access and may be cancelled or unavailable due to factors outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software and design elements are owned by Hyper IT or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Pluggy and Hyper IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
